Roasario Alejandro is a curandera, helping those in need. She has a house in Mexico, which functions as a safe haven for anyone who needs it. In her own words she "help[s] people heal from their wounds and see things that they need to see".
She has abilites similar to Alma, Becca and Jacob, though the extent of them is unclear. She knows that Alma keeps seeing the locked door and that Becca is working through something related to a baby, though if she also has timebending abilities remains unknown.
Years ago, Rosario encountered a desperate Camila who was pregnant with Alejandro and offered her help. Camila stayed with her during the pregnancy and Rosario eventually organized the adoption. Camila was so thankful to her, she named Alejandro after her.
